ドングリや松ぼっくりなどのリスが食べる種を集めて土に混ぜます。その土でリスの人形を作り、西部小学校の周辺に置いてゆきます。将来種が発芽し、実をつける頃にはその実を食べにリス達がやってくるかもしれません。 60人の小学生が参加。

Mix some mud, acorns, and pine cones together. Shape the mud into a squirrel figure and place them around Nishibe Elementary School. The seeds will bud and grow into trees. When the trees come into bearing, squirrels may come to eat them. 60 schoolchildren participated.
